Leeds Air Conditioning System Installation.
Leeds Valley Business Park.
The developer was Akeler and the mechanical engineering contractor N.G. Bailey.
This project involved the installation of an air conditioning system comprising of 266 indoor units and 20 outdoor units.

Nottingham Retail Air Conditioning Installation.
In Wilkinsons Nottingham city centre store we have installed an HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) combined system.

Sheffield Retail Store Air Conditioning Installation.
Meadowhall Retail Park, Sheffield.
Within the Meadowhall Complex we installed a complete VRV and ventilation system in the Launch Pad children’s book store.

Stockton on Tees Commercial Air Conditioning Installation.
Winyard Business Park, Stockton on Tees.
Large scale air conditioning installation on behalf of N.G. Bailey, mechanical engineering contractors.

Newcastle office air conditioning system installation and maintenance.
Grant North House, Newcastle Upon Tyne city centre.
This is a four storey office block in Newcastle city centre. The project involved a change of use and we were sub contracted by Mowlem Construction to provide the air conditioning requirements.
The specification required us to install 4 VRV units, 4 outdoor units and 25 indoor units.
The offices are now leased by Crutes Solicitors, who have subsequently contracted with us for the maintenance of the system.
