On the one retail complex in Birmingham TK Air Conditioning deals with the air conditioning requirements of Synter, Bentley and Toyota. For Synter we maintain the air conditioning for the showrooms and offices. The workshops have gas fired heating which we also maintain.

Turnkey Air Conditioning (West Midlands) Ltd was established in 2007. The strategic purpose of establishing Turn Key Air Conditioning (West Midlands) Ltd was to improve the service structure for our clients in the Coventry, Leicester, Derby, Birmingham, Telford and Wolverhampton areas.

We currently have air conditioning service agreements with several major clients in the West Midlands, including Thorntons and JD Sports. Many of our clients operate nationally and have operations in the Coventry, Leicester, Derby, Birmingham, Telford and Wolverhampton areas.
