Air Conditioning System Installation Projects

Detailed below are some of the projects that Turn Key Air Conditioning have completed.

COBALT BUSINESS PARK, NORTH TYNESIDE

In one of the largest projects undertaken by Turnkey Air Conditioning, we have installed the air conditioning system for these office space units. The project was undertaken in partnership with mechanical contractors N.G. Bailey. We were involved in the design and specification of the system which utilises Toshiba VRF air conditioning equipment and the client has benefited from the ECA on this energy efficient installation.

DEBENHAMS.

In 2007, we have added Debenhams to our client list, completing air conditioning contracts in their stores in Redditch Swindon, Plymouth, Gloucester, Banbury, Cheltenham, Bristol, Swansea, Weymouth, Exeter, Torquay, Salisbury and the Bull Ring Birmingham.

O2 VIA BRIDGEFORD INTERIORS.

Appointed by shopfitters Bridgefords Interiors, we have completed air conditioning projects in O2 stores in Lancaster, Dundee, St James Centre Edinburgh, Spindles Shopping Centre Oldham, Trafford Centre Manchester, East Ham, Tooting and Thurrock Lakeside.

FOOT LOCKERS.

We have undertaken air conditioning work for the Foot Lockers footwear retail group in Oxford Street London and the store in Brussels.

COLTON STREET POLICE STATION, COLTON SQUARE, LEICESTERSHIRE.

Phase 2 of this project for Akeller property developers involves the integration of the listed stone front of the former police station building, into the new development.
Turn Key Air Conditioning has installed VRF air conditioning to both phases, in the same manner as we did for the previously detailed Leeds Valley development.

GALA CORAL HQ, BARKING.

Turn Key Air Conditioning were appointed to renew the air conditioning system for the computer suite and broadcast floor. Work involved renewal of the cooling tower and modifying the existing Versatemp VRV system. The site has been re-modelled, requiring the air conditioning system to be partitioned and duty modified.

ENVIRON

We have recently started to work as a specialist air conditioning subcontractor for the major M&E contractor Environ. Our first air conditioning installation was in a two storey office development on the Drum Industrial Estate, Chester-le-Street.

THORNTONS

We are working with this national confectionery manufacturer and retailer on a new retail concept. Thorntons will install booths in retail locations where space is restricted, such as train stations and the foyer areas of shopping malls.
Turn Key Air Conditioning has been invited to design the air conditioning for the booths, the first one will be located in a shopping mall in Bracknell in August.
