Newcastle Office Air Conditioning System Installation and Maintenance.
Grant North House, Newcastle Upon Tyne city centre.
This is a four storey office block in Newcastle city centre. The project involved a change of use and we were sub contracted by Mowlem Construction to provide the air conditioning requirements.
The air conditioning specification required us to install 4 VRV units, 4 outdoor units and 25 indoor units.
The offices are now leased by Crutes Solicitors, who have subsequently contracted with us for the maintenance of the system in their Newcastle headquarters.

Sheffield Retail Store Air Conditioning Installation.
Meadowhall Retail Park, Sheffield, South Yorkshire.
Within the Sheffield Meadowhall Complex, the air conditioning brief required us to install a complete VRV and ventilation system in the Launch Pad children’s book store.

Leeds Air Conditioning System Installation.

The developer of the Leeds Valley complex was Akeler and the mechanical engineering contractor N.G. Bailey.
The Leeds Valley project involved the installation of an air conditioning system comprising of 266 indoor air conditioning units and 20 outdoor air conditioning units.
