TK Retail Design developed as a consultancy to bridge the gap between retailers and landlords, to give retailers the selling environment they need at a cost they can afford while ensuring all planning, building and health & safety regulations are fully met.
Turn Key Retail Design have worked with a host of companies across the entire retail sector including sports shops, art galleries, and clothing retailers. We are also the preferred project managers for the Trafford Centre, Manchester, appointed by owners Peel Holdings to act for them in the organisation and project management of tenant enablement works. The Trafford Centre is one of most active shopping centres in UK, with over 7 million shoppers visiting every year.
More recently TK Retail Design have developed an expertise in food retail with new clients including restaurants, cafes, bistros, wine bars, bakeries and sandwich bars. Indeed we have embraced the whole Coffee House Culture, developing new retail premises for companies including The Café Society, Bean & Bud specialist tea shop, Café Milano and Café Ho-Sete. The new Café Ho-Sete in the Belfry Centre in Redhill, Surrey, proved so successful that the owners came straight back to use for the same design for a second coffee house in the Arndale Centre, Eastbourne.
